Sir Harold Spencer Morris MBE (December 1876 – 11 November 1967) was an English barrister, judge and National Liberal MP.
==Family and education==
Harold Morris was the son of Sir Malcolm Morris, KCVO, the eminent surgeon and dermatologist.〔The Times, 21 February 1924 p15〕 He was educated at Clifton College and Magdalen College, Oxford. Morris married Olga Teichman of Chislehurst, Kent and they had one son and four daughters.〔''Who was Who'', OUP 2007〕
